Mrs. Dorji Lham holds a Master’s degree in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex, UK. She is an experienced development professional specializing in gender mainstreaming, social inclusion, inclusive governance, and capacity building. Her consultancy experience includes supporting decarbonization, climate resilience, gender strategy, and inclusive democracy initiatives in Bhutan.
