EconSphere is founded and led by Dr. Chandra Shekhar Dhakal, a seasoned economist known for leading major projects that make a real difference. He has worked with top organizations such as the United Nations, the Asian Development Bank, UNICEF, the World Bank, and the Royal Government of Bhutan. Holds Ph.D. Economics from University of Hawaii, USA, M.A. Economics from University of Hawaii, USA, and M.A. in International and Development Economics from Australian National University (ANU), Australia. He is also a member and board of director to CSOs and other organizations. Dr. Dhakal is trusted for his clear thinking, practical advice, and strong results in development, finance, and policy. With every project, he brings sharp analysis and a passion for solving tough problems.
