The challenge

Bhutan needs an updated Technology Needs Assessment (TNA), resource mobilization plan and financing mechanism to implement its NDC 3.0 climate commitments.

Methodology

Stock-take and gap assessment of the 2013 TNA; technology prioritization including gender analysis; financing strategy development; capacity-building training for government, civil society, private sector and local government representatives.

Outputs

Updated TNA report; action plan addressing identified and gender-related gaps; financing strategy; two 5-day training courses delivered.
